From my hotel in Quito

A haiku about 24 hours in Ecuador

The air is so thin
Hills make you winded, but the
City takes breath, too

I am in the historical center of Quito, the capital of Ecuador. The buildings are old, the mountains are rising in the background. It´s a beautiful introduction to the city.
